ANTI DISCRIMINATORY CELL

REPORT FOR THE COMPETITION CONDUCTED DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

The Anti Discriminatory Cell conducted an inter-collegiate online video contest on the topic “Yaadhum oorey, yaavarum kelir” on 5th October 2023. 24 students (2 students per team) registered for the contest and sent their entries online. Mrs. Aswini Chithra, Assistant Professor & Head from the Department of Visual communication, S.S. Jain College and Mrs. Priyavadhani. M, Assistant Professor from the Department of Communication & Media studies, MOP Vaishnav college were the Judges for the contest. The videos were evaluated on the basis of concept, video editing and presentation. Keerthana. J of I B.Sc Zoology won the first prize, followed by Kansil Marifa. M of II B.A Economics. The third prize was secured by Preetha. B and Akshaya. A of II B.Sc psychology. Consolation prizes were awarded to Ayesha Z and Sumaiya. S of III B.Sc (CND) and Rabia Anjum. Z and Yogeetha. M of III B.Sc Chemistry. Prizes were distributed to the students.
