An idea today is the solution for many problems in future. The Multi-disciplinary Research and Consultancy Centre(MRCC) organizes a competition titled ‘IDEA FACTORY’ for undergraduate students to kindle their researchinstincts every year. Idea Factory looks for inventions or innovations in the form of new idea prototypes ormodels and market analysis in the fields of arts, science or commerce. Quirky and uncommon ideas are welcomed. Anidea could be a new tool to measure, a new way to quantify, an innovative design, a new thought that can change theway things are done. The best ideas and prototypes are awarded a cash prize of Rs.1, 000/- with a commendationcertificate.
