Research Overview

Research is an essential component of the Learning process. The college encourages scientific enquiry and testing to help students understand existing concepts and to discover new ones. All departments combine the rigour of academics with practical application. The College believes in hands on training of what is taught in a classroom. The college encourages research right from the undergraduate level. Projects are part of the curriculum. Meritorious undergraduate and post graduate students are given opportunity to take up funded research projects under the guide ship of a faculty through the Multidisciplinary Research and Consultancy Centre to further their research interests. The college has M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes that help broaden the horizons of knowledge.
