Highlights of the department

The Department has twenty-three qualified and experienced faculty staff who are highly committed and dedicated.

Three undergraduate courses- B.Com (General), B.Com (Accounting & Finance) and B.Com (Honours) and one postgraduate course- M.Com (General) are offered by the Department.

The course programme is designed in such a way that it meets the industry's demands in the field of Accounting and Finance. The department provides knowledge in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Management, Law and Marketing.

The Department has MOUs to equip the students with advanced knowledge and essential skills in management accounting, ensuring their readiness for a competitive global marketplace. The Department has signed the following MOUs with Reputed Charted Accountant Firms & Corporates:

Conferences, seminars and workshops are conducted for the benefit of the students of the Department, inviting world-renowned academicians and industry stalwarts to interact with the students.

Guest lectures on the syllabus-related topics are arranged by the Department. Industrial visits are organised to offer students practical experience through field trips and interactions with industry experts.
