JBAS Alumnae Reunion 2026 - "Invite"
JBAS College for Women is delighted to announce the Alumnae Reunion 2026, an occasion to reconnect with our esteemed alumnae and celebrate the enduring bond with our alma mater.
This year, the reunion will be held on 19th September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Theme of the Reunion:
"Echoes of Excellence - Celebrating the Legacy of Leadership"
We invite interested alumnae to contribute to the newsletter by sharing:
- Articles or write-ups on their achievements and awards.
- Reminiscences of their college days.
- Poems.
- Paintings and sketches.
- Any other noteworthy contributions or accomplishments.
Alumnae are requested to submit their contributions on or before 30 August 2026.

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT CELL
REPORT ON ED CELL GENERAL MEETING- (2018-2019):
The ED Cell General Meeting was conducted on 21.6.2018 at library hall in the college. The Speaker of this event was Dr. B. Barackath ( Chief Ambassador of ED Cell ). The 15 members of ED Cell participated in this meeting. The meeting concentrated on the Inauguration and activities of ED Cell for the academic year 2018-19.
REPORT ON INAUGURATION OF ED CELL - (2018-2019):
The ED Cell Inauguration was held in the Golden Jubilee seminar Hall on 11.7.2018 in the college. The chief guest for the event was Ms. Swathi Rehka, Franchiser Naturals Beauty salon & Spa. She addressed with the students on the topic Role of women in entrepreneurship. The students and staff participated in this event. The total number of participants was 350.
REPORT ON INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMPETITION - Creative Poster Making
The Interdepartmental Competition Creative Poster Making was held in the college level on 9.8.2018. The students of JBAS College participated in the Competition. The total number of participants was 100. The overall outcome of this competition was to enhance the creative skills among the students.
