Matrix Club
DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS (F.N)
Objective of the Club:
- To train and equip the students with analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
- To improve communication skills by encouraging them to participate in various competitions like Quiz, Paper presentation and so on
Procedure:
Matrix club activities are carried out with the help of a teacher coordinating with the students through two student representatives appointed as Matrix club President and Secretary.
Initiatives taken:
The Students of the Mathematics department are divided into five groups and the groups are named under the mathematicians, Aryabhata, Fermat, Einstein, Newton and Ramanujan. Each student is encouraged to participate in atleast one competition conducted during the academic year.
